Payment
we only accept credit/debit cards or Paypal for the transaction of any our products. We do not accept cash or cheque payments.
How do I know if my order is successful?
Once the payment details are confirmed a page will be displayed that will inform you of your successful transaction. You will also receive an email which acts as your receipt of payment (make sure you keep this saved until you receive your order).
Delivery
All orders are dispatched three times a week and are arranged via Royal Mail. All UK deliveries can expect 3-6 working days as a standard waiting duration, International orders will take longer.
Postage
- All UK orders incur a charge of £1.50 for postage
- All International orders incur a charge of £3.00 for postage and shipping
Exchanges and Returns
If you have ordered the wrong size then we'll be happy to proceed with an exchange in the size you would prefer (while stocks last). Please note that we will only agree to do so if the product is returned within its original state and has not undergone any damage or staining, and must not be washed/dried. Discount Codes
Every once in a while we shall offer discount codes for various occasions. If you have obtained one of these codes you can enter it whilst within the checkout stage of any order you make.
